At Chloe Jade Home, we want you to love every piece you select for your space. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
